Volvo's 2027 EX60 P10 AWD has received an official EPA range rating of 330 miles on a full charge. The certified figure improves on the Swedish automaker's initial estimate of 322 miles by 2.4%. It also arrives as Volvo prepares to begin U.S. deliveries of the electric crossover later this year.
The 330-mile EPA rating applies when the EX60 P10 AWD is fitted with 20- or 21-inch wheels. Choosing the available 22-inch wheels reduces the official figure to 312 miles. The difference gives prospective buyers two distinct certified range values to consider when selecting a wheel configuration.
Volvo describes the result as a significant milestone ahead of the first U.S. shipments. The P10 AWD is now the longest-range electric vehicle the company sells in the United States. That position is expected to be temporary, because a P12 AWD version is planned with an estimated range of 400 miles, although that model is not yet on sale.
The EX60 is built around an 800-volt electrical architecture and supports a maximum DC charging input of 370 kilowatts. Volvo says a sufficiently powerful charger can add as much as 165 miles of range to the P10 in 10 minutes. A charge from 10% to 80% should take 16 minutes under the conditions stated by the manufacturer.
The P10 AWD uses an all-wheel-drive powertrain producing 503 horsepower. Volvo lists a zero-to-60-mph time of 4.4 seconds for this version. The lower-spec P6 has a single rear motor, produces 369 hp and reaches 60 mph in 5.7 seconds. The future P12 AWD is listed at 670 hp and a 3.8-second zero-to-60-mph time, but it remains outside the current sales range.
Pricing for the EX60 starts at $59,795 for the P6 Plus. Standard equipment named by Volvo includes a 15-inch OLED touchscreen, a 21-speaker Bose audio system, a native NACS charging port and the company's Safe Space Technology suite of active and passive safety features.
The dual-motor P10 starts at $62,145. Buyers can also move to the more extensively equipped Ultra trim, which costs $6,600 more than the base version. Its listed additions include ventilated Nappa leather upholstery, a 28-speaker Bowers & Wilkins audio system, a dimmable electrochromic panoramic glass roof and integrated heated booster seats in the second row.
The official EPA result gives the P10 AWD a higher range figure than Volvo first announced without changing the distinction between wheel options. With U.S. deliveries expected later this year, the 330-mile rating, charging specifications, performance figures and announced prices now provide the clearest source-backed picture of the version that is approaching the market.
